All prices exclude VAT @ current rate, delivery and proofs unless prices specifically state otherwise. Leaflet, Flyer, web, design and artwork templates are non-transferable. Websites are in effect 'leased' or 'rented' and not purchased. The 'payment' is not for ownership but for the provision of the facility to have a clients wording and imagery incorporated within a website template and published on the internet or server space. Web templates remain the copyright of Pencil Marks Design Ltd. The client is not purchasing either the design, layout, website, files or hosting. The purchase of a printed leaflet or flyer is for the final printed item and not for the artwork contained within them. Does not include the taking, the creating of or the supply of photographic or other imagery. The quoted prices do not include the purchase or supply of original source files used to create any job or piece of creative work, the quoted price is for a finished printed item or a digitally output piece of artwork and not for any original electronic files. All designs, layouts and concepts remain Copyright of Pencil Marks Design Ltd. Alterations after submission of initial proof are charged at extra cost. Prices do not include the supply of any work on disk. The purchase of design/artwork that may include images supplied by Pencil Marks Design Ltd, does not grant the purchaser any image reproduction or ownership rights. All images are copyright and protected under copyright law. All images shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the		photographer, or its licensors. Use of the images is licensed, not sold, pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement. Additional use of the images is copyright infringement. Additional colour proofs, file formats and disks at additional costs. Supplied digital proof files eg. Jpeg's, Tiff's, PDF's etc are charged as submitted or additional proofs. Pencil Marks Design accept no liability for any infringement of copyright as a result of acting on a client¹s instructions and reproducing supplied material. It is the client¹s responsibility to obtain permission to reproduce supplied images and to check proofs submitted for approval. Pencil Marks Design can not accept any liability for errors subsequently found after approval or sign-off. This quotation is valid for 30 days. Payment terms strictly 50% deposit with order and balance before web publishing or printing, unless credit terms have been arranged. Projects will be invoiced within 28 days of commencement or instruction, whether completed or not. Digital files necessary for the production of any artwork may only be kept on file for a limited period, after which time they may be erased. Special or urgent postage or courier costs to be charged at additional rate. The above prices are only illustrative and are subject to change.
